Project Work! Science - Water - How do things float?- Make a boat. Water is a force that has the power/force to create electricty. Water also is a force that holds up different objects. We call this floating. When a object cannot float we call that sinking. Have a watch of this video and see if you can come up with a reason to why some objects float and some objects sink.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQuW8G2QV_Q Make sure you put to put your answers in the assignment on Teams. Now comes your experiment. Now you have learned how some things float and some things sink, I want you to use that knowledge to make a boat. Your challenge is to make this boat float using objects around your house. Make sure to take pictures and say why it worked or why it didn't work. Looking forward to seeing all your boats! |
